On-Site
The conference events will take place primarily at Sheraton Towers Singapore. We provide two coffee breaks and lunch for all conference days.
In addition, there will be a welcome reception on Nov 16, 2025 evening and a conference dinner on Nov 17, 2025 evening, and more detailed information can be seen in Social Events.
Whova
The main conference app is Whova, where you can find information such as the conference schedule, session locations, and other logistical details.
Whova also includes social features to facilitate communication and networking among conference attendees.
Live-Streaming via Zoom
Most sessions will be live-streamed via Zoom (links available in Whova). These include keynotes, oral presentations, tutorials, workshops, and panel discussions.
ACM Digital Library (Papers)
All accepted papers will be available through the ACM Digital Library.
Posters
ICAIF’25 features on-site poster sessions only. The size of the poster is A0, and posters need to be in Portrait format.
All posters will be displayed during the poster session, and presenting authors are expected to be present in person for discussions. If you’re the presenting author of your poster paper and cannot attend the conference in-person, you may personally ask a proxy to help you bring and mount your poster in the assigned poster panel. If you cannot find a proxy, please contact the student volunteer co-chair (Xinrun Wang, email: xrwang@smu.edu.sg), who will assist the printing and mount of posters.
