The 6th ACM International Conference on AI in Finance (ICAIF 2025) is pleased to offer Student Travel Awards to support full-time students attending the conference in Singapore from November 15-18, 2025. These awards aim to encourage participation from students who might otherwise be unable to attend, fostering diversity and inclusion in the AI and Finance community. Each award provides funding to help cover travel-related expenses such as airfare, accommodation, and meals. Please note that the Student Travel Awards do not cover conference registration fees.
The number of awards is limited and will be allocated based on factors including financial need, the potential impact of attendance on the applicant’s career, contribution to conference diversity, and involvement in ICAIF (e.g., accepted papers or posters). We particularly encourage applications from women, underrepresented minorities, students from developing countries, and those from under-represented institutions. There is no requirement to have an accepted paper to apply, though priority will be given to students with accepted contributions.
Award recipients are expected to:
- Attend the full conference.
- Assist conference organizers with light volunteer duties if requested (e.g., session support or registration help).
- Submit original receipts for reimbursement after the conference (up to the awarded amount).
For questions, contact the Student Travel Award Chairs at studenttravelaward@icaif25.org.
