Registration Dates
- Author Registration Deadline (for all accepted papers): 15 October 2025
- Early Bird Period: Until 24 October 2025
- Standard Registration Period: 25 October – 14 November 2025
- Onsite Registration Period: 15 November 2025 – 18 November 2025

Important Note to Authors
- Each accepted main conference paper must be covered by at least one in-person registration (Main Conference or Passport Registration, at ACM member or non-member rates).
- The presenting author is required to travel to Singapore and attend in person to present the paper (oral or poster).
- Participants can choose to register for either in-person or virtual attendance.
- Main conference paper authors should register by 15 October 2025, 23:59 Singapore time (UTC+08). Please kindly register by this deadline so we can arrange the presentation schedule.
Registration Entitlements
All In-Person Registrations (Passport, Main Conference, Workshop, One-Day):
- Access to conference sessions and the exhibition hall on the days covered by your registration.
- Daily coffee breaks and lunch.
- Breakfast and dinners are not included.
- Passport (4 days: 15–18 Nov) and Main Conference (2 days: 17–18 Nov) include admission to the Welcome Reception (16 Nov) and the Conference Banquet (17 Nov).
- Workshop (2 days: 15–16 Nov) and One-Day (any selected day) do not include these social events, but tickets may be purchased separately.
Virtual Registration (4 days: 15–18 Nov):
- Access to all live-streamed sessions via the online platform.
Registration Fees
Payment is required upon registration.
All registration rates are in USD.
- ACM Members: Discounted registration rates are available to current ACM members. A valid ACM membership number will be required for verification during registration. See more details here about ACM membership https://www.acm.org/membership.
- Students: Discounted student registration rates are available to students. Proof of student status is required at the time of registration.
⚠️ Each paper needs to be associated with one In-Person Passport/Main Conference registration at either ACM Member rate, or non-member rate. One In-Person Passport/Main Conference registration can cover only one accepted paper.

Cancellation Policy
- In line with ACM’s standard policy, registration fees are generally non-refundable.
- The only exception applies to participants whose visa applications are denied. In such cases, a refund will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee.

If you require a visa support letter, please complete your registration first, then fill out this Google Form to provide the necessary information. The letter will be sent to you via email.
